Thanks Marilyn, I really enjoyed this. I have drifted in and out of Lori's inter"net" for many years now:) She seems like a warm and thoughtful person.

What a fabulous interview! I love this whole idea. It's funny, we can think we know so much about our blogging friends, but there's always more to their story. Lori-Lyn, what's your salt bath recipe? I bet it's also good for when someone is sick, no?

I think it says a lot of how much I trust Lori-Lyn...she definitely has introduced me into lots of 'woowoo' stuff that I find it intriguing and also, would trust her to do a reading or work on me at any point.

I liked #9 especially. Thank you so much for this interview.

Thank you, Sam!
I use a blend of sea salt and epsom salt with essential oils (usually lavender). You can also use sea salt and baking soda. The key is using enough salt. Better to err on the side of too much, I think.

What a wonderful interview. I got to know a little bit more about Lori-Lyn and that was nice. The idea of a salt bath sounds nice I may have to try that.
